Dr. Abraham Asmamaw’s Bio:
Dr. Abraham Asmamaw is a board-certified physician in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation and International Pain Medicine. With over 36 years of experience, Dr. Asmamaw specializes in neurological, musculoskeletal and neuromuscular disorders. He has completed a residency in PMR and is further certified in international pain procedure, sport and spine medicine, disability and
impairment evaluation, electrodiagnostic medicine. He is a member of the Medical Society of Northern Virginia and the INOVA health systems.
Anchinlema ( Annie) Tassew Physical Therapist Bio:
Annie Tassew is a board-certified physical therapist with 15+ years of service committed to providing personalized, results-driven care. With a strong foundation in evidence-based practice, she tailors each treatment plan to meet the unique needs of her patients—helping them recover, strengthen, and thrive.
Annie earned her Bachelor of Science in Pre-Medical Studies and Psychology from The City College of New York (CCNY), and went on to receive her Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from Howard University. Her approach integrates clinical expertise with compassion and attention to detail, ensuring patients feel supported and empowered throughout their rehabilitation journey.
